About Princess Elsa
Elsa arrives from Arendelle and into your celebration — the ice-blue gown, the braid, the whole silhouette in a detailed, photo-ready costume kids recognise before she’s fully through the door. From the very first hello, every child is pulled in for hugs, high-fives and that one perfect picture.
She’s the most-requested character we have, and it isn’t close. A generation of children have grown up with her, know every word of every song, and have been picturing this exact moment. The reaction when she walks in isn’t excitement — it’s disbelief, and then it’s very loud.
The visit is fully interactive: Elsa leads Frozen-themed games, dances, ice magic and sing-alongs tuned to your guests’ ages. ‘Let It Go’ happens. It always happens, and everyone joins in, including at least one parent who swore they wouldn’t.
The birthday girl gets crowned — a proper ceremony, a moment of Elsa’s full attention, and the photo that ends up framed on the wall.
