Bubble Show Magic: What to Expect

The first time you see a 6-year-old INSIDE a bubble, you’ll forget to take the photo. Here’s how the magic actually happens.

The bubble juice is the secret

Tap water + dish soap won’t cut it. Real performance bubble solution uses a specific glycerin-to-soap ratio plus polymer additives. Our recipe took two years to perfect — it’s the difference between a bubble that pops in 1 second and one that floats across a room.

Giant bubbles = two ropes + one stick

The ‘wand’ is actually two strings of cotton rope tied to two sticks, dipped in solution and pulled apart. The slower you walk, the bigger the bubble. Wind is the enemy.

Bubble inside a bubble

Special straw-like bubbler. We blow a small bubble inside an open giant bubble while the membrane is still wet. Looks impossible. Isn’t quite.

Smoke bubbles

Tiny stage-fog generator pumps fog into a bubble before sealing. When kids pop it — POOF, smoke. They scream every single time.

The kid-in-a-bubble move

A hula-hoop-sized bubble wand that stands on the ground. Child stands inside it. Performer pulls the wand straight up — bubble surrounds the kid for 5–10 seconds. Choreography, not magic.

What can go wrong

Wind, dry air (under 30% humidity), greasy hands. Indoor venues at 50–70% humidity are bubble heaven. Outdoors works but morning or late afternoon is best.
