About Blue Dragon
A majestic blue dragon with sweeping red wings arrives at your celebration — a costume built to be looked at from every angle, with a wingspan that fills a doorway and scales that catch the light when he moves. From the very first hello, every child is pulled in for hugs, high-fives and that one perfect picture.
He isn’t a character from a film, and that turns out to be the advantage. Nobody arrives with expectations about how a dragon should behave, so he gets to be whatever the party needs — a fearsome beast for the kids who want a monster, a gentle giant for the ones who need a friend. Most parties get both within the same hour.
The visit is fully interactive: Blue Dragon leads brave-knight quests, treasure hunts, roaring contests and dances tuned to your guests’ ages. Kids get knighted, sent on missions and challenged to find the hoard he’s hidden somewhere in your house. There’s a job for everyone, including the shy ones who’d rather guard the treasure than hunt for it.
The wings are the photo. He crouches down, spreads them wide, and a child stands inside the frame looking about three feet tall against them — that’s the picture that ends up on the wall. The birthday child gets first go, and then everyone else lines up.
Perfect for birthdays, medieval and fantasy themes, Halloween parties and special events across Chicago. He works beautifully solo, or alongside a knight or a hero for a bigger story — many families pair him with Spider-Man or Batman and let the two of them stage a proper showdown.
