About Santa Claus & Ms. Claus
Bring the full magic of Christmas straight to your door. Santa Claus and Ms. Claus arrive in full costume, ready to host the entire party — greeting every child by name, leading classic holiday carols, telling stories from the North Pole and creating that one perfect photo memory families talk about for years.
Before the visit we ask for a little intel: each child’s name, age, what they’ve been proud of this year, the family pet, the show they can’t stop watching. Santa learns it all. When he walks through the door already knowing who’s who, the look on a child’s face is the reason families rebook us the following December.
The program flows from a warm meet-and-greet into interactive contests, dance circles and gentle holiday games tailored to your guest list. Santa can hand-deliver personalized gifts you provide in advance, and we tailor the energy from quiet storytime moments to high-energy dance party — whichever fits your event.
The visit moves at your family’s pace. Shy little ones get a gentle hello from across the room — never a forced lap sit. Older kids get the storytelling, the reindeer updates and a chance to ask the questions they’ve been saving all year. And there’s always a quiet minute at the end for the photo you’ll actually print.
We offer four formats so you can pick what fits best: a Classic Home Greeting (30–60 min) for cozy family parties; a Kindergarten & School Visit (45–60 min) with carols, a story circle and a gift moment for every child; a Personalized Online Greeting (10–15 min) — a live video call from the North Pole, perfect for families far away; and the Premium Holiday Show (60–90 min) where Santa, Ms. Claus and two elves host the entire party.

Our Santa is fully bilingual, wears a real beard and a hand-tailored costume, and knows the difference between a room that wants a show and a room that wants a moment. We arrive early, set up quietly, and leave every kid (and grown-up) believing again.
