About Slime Making Workshop
Slime, but the right way. Our recipe is borax-free, skin-safe and forgiving — kids mix, knead and add colors, glitter and tiny charms to design their own personality slime.
Every parent who books this arrives braced for disaster, and every one of them is surprised. Home slime fails because the recipe is finicky and the mess is unmanaged. Ours is neither: the formula works every single time, on the first try, for a five-year-old with impatient hands — and the sticky stage happens on our mats, in our bowls, under our supervision.
The designing is the real event. Kids pick a base color, then decide what kind of slime they’re making — fluffy, clear, glossy, crunchy. Then come the add-ins: glitter, foam beads, tiny plastic charms, scent drops. By the end no two jars on the table look remotely alike, and each kid can tell you exactly why theirs is the best one.
There’s a stage where it looks like it’s gone wrong — too sticky, hanging off fingers in strings — and that’s when we teach the fix. Knead it. Keep kneading. And then it turns, all at once, from a sticky mess into a perfect satisfying stretch. The look on a kid’s face at that exact moment is why we run this workshop.
We provide aprons, gloves and sealed take-home jars, and cleanup takes ten minutes. Loud joy, sticky hands and a serious sense of accomplishment when they hold their finished jar. Sealed and stored cool, it plays for 4–6 weeks.
